In live betting, odds are subject to change and bets are not confirmed until acceptance is acknowledged. In Sports Betting, if a match is postponed or cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 35bet platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance. In serious cases, legal action may be taken.

• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Bonus abuse — collecting bonuses through groups or coordinated networks.
• Depositing stolen or illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to probe or exploit security vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Disrespectful behavior or harassment toward other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

Users may request account closure at any time. Once requested, the account will be deactivated within 24 hours. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closing the account.

35bet may suspend or close an account for the following reasons: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC, or regulatory directives. If an account is closed, any eligible balance will be returned, but bonuses will be forfeited.

• Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours.
• A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months).
